Guided tour: Slow Chaos

Why Can Chaos Be Slow?

In everyday life, we equate chaos with disorder. Is that also true for mathematicians? In the public tour of the exhibition Slow Chaos on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 6 p.m., we’ll explore chaos from a mathematical perspective. We’ll delve into the Institute of Mathematics’ research on chaotic systems.

Discover the beauty of a mathematical idea with us! The free tour lasts about an hour and will be in German. An English tour will take place on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 6 p.m.
