Guided tour: Radiotracer
What are radiotracers and how can they be used to diagnose and treat cancer?
Cancer is common, but unfortunately very difficult to treat. However, researchers are working tirelessly to develop new therapies and diagnostic options. This includes the Department of Chemistry at the University of Zurich, where the Radiochemistry and Imaging Research Group is conducting research into radiotracers. We would like to introduce you to this promising diagnostic and treatment method during a public tour on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, at 6 p.m. During the tour of the exhibition Radiotracer – On the heels of cancer, we will delve into the world of radiotracers and discover radiochemistry.
This tour is free of charge and lasts about one hour.
